About Lilac City Harvest

Lilac City Harvest is a seven-acre hidden gem tucked behind a vibrant Spokane Valley neighborhood, providing easy access to the freeway, as well as solitude and privacy from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Husband and wife team Adam and Emily Powell have been growing organically since 2016. They enjoy focusing on salad crops including lettuces, root veggies, and herbs; seasonal favorites like sugar snap peas and green beans, and squash; pantry staples like carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic; peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers are grown in their hoop house. You can find them at their farm store, and farmer’s markets beginning in the late spring. Announcements for the Summer CSA program signups will be posted on their social media in the early Spring.
